This is a nice little newly built apartment that I moved into last year. My friend moved out recently and I have recently furnished the place. It is well connected. Trams 3, 16 and 67 are available within a minutes walk. Balaclava train station is about 8 minutes walk. St Kilda beach is 10 mins walk where you can also take Tram 96 to the city. There is good amount of natural light coming in. There is a also a nice balcony for those balmy evenings.
