We are a very easy 20 mins from springfield lakes and browns plains (including during peak time as there is next to no traffic) The house is located on acerage with side access a 2 door shed, 2 ponds and an in ground salt water pool. The house has aircondtioning in 1 of the 2 living areas and a shared bathroom with 2 other flat mates. We have solar power and water to keep the bills down as well as tank water with back up trickle fed town water. There is a large outdoor area perfect for BBQ's and a pergola in front of the pool complete with 2 sun loungers.
