Really good location! 5 min ride to Merri Creek Trail and 7 min ride to Upfiled bike path. Close to public transport 5min walk to #1 Tram and 10min walk to Sydney road and Coburg train station. Great double story house, equipped with all homely amenities except for your room! All bedrooms are upstairs. The masterbedroom has an ensuite which means the second bathroom is only shared with one other person. Decent sized room with built in wardrobe with a window which brings in lots of sunlight, doesnt get to hot in summer and stays warm in winter. The main living area is downstairs which is used frequently by everyone in the house. There is a court yard in the back with an open garage with a small workshop and space to store stuff. The house has double brick walls on two sides meaning it keeps heat and cold out pretty well, and has electric heaters in each room and evaporative cooling in each bedroom.
We have a really decently sized room going in our very well loved sharehouse in Coburg. Photos don't really do it justice. Location is primo with our house being a 5 min walk to Coburg station, 7ish minute walk to Woolies, Dan Murphy etc and less than 10 minutes to Cafes, tram etc on Sydney road. The room is pretty massive with super high ceilings, a big front-facing window and wall to wall robes on one side, Wooden floorboards and heating. Rent is ridiculously reasonable for where we are and the things we love about our home. We have a big backyard, lots of natural light and beautiful period features. The house is a bit run down but we're slowly working on it. The last room is available from the 7th - 10th of August. Ideally we'd like someone paying rent by then. We're looking ideally for a guy/male-identifying/non-binary human to balance the house out but that being said, if you're rad we'd love to have you. Obviously we expect/need you to be queer-friendly, respectful, willing to do your bit and clean up after yourself.. basically don't be a douche. At this stage we aren't really looking to add any more pets to the equation, sorry! We have most things we need but if you have a washing machine that would be highly desirable!

Location details: In Coburg, right near the No.1 Tram on Nicholson Street (1-2 min walk) & a 10 min walk from Sydney Road (full of fresh food and veggie markets) with the No.19 Tram & the Coburg Train Station (about a 15 min walk) Rent: $650 per standard month (internet included, bills separate) House details: ADSL2+ internet connection, living room has a nice big TV and sound system, decent kitchen with large fridge. Also have a washer and dryer in the laundry. The good news is that the suburb I'm in (Coburg) has the NBN. The bad news is that they are yet to connect it up the this apartment.
