I’m looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my very nice apartment in Edgecliff. Just a 5 minute walk from Edgecliff Station, the apartment is in a well-kept 1920s building on a pretty stretch of Edgecliff Road. There is plenty of on-street parking available. Inside, there are high ceilings and timber floors throughout. The living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are all huge and nicely sunlit - the latter two have been recently renovated. There is a dishwasher and clothes washer available for use, and more cupboard storage than I have things to fill with. Hello! I have a lovely room in my 2 bedroom apartment in leafy Woollahra. The flat is the top level of a 3 storey apartment block with dual aspect windows, so very light and airy. It's well decorated in a cute, hip way and feels very comfortable and homey. There is also a cute little balcony with an outdoor set which offers a harbour glimpse and great sun for a morning coffee! The apartment is renovated with wooden floors, modern appliances and fully furnished (There is a bed and wardrobe in the room, I can get rid of the bed if you like.) There is a washing machine within the apartment, decent sized fridge, dishwasher and a clothes dryer downstairs in a shared laundry, although I usually just dry our clothes on a clothes hoist on the balcony or inside. The room itself is on the smaller side, but I've lived in it and it fits a Queen bed just fine. I've furnished it with a wardrobe so you won't have to buy one. It's just under 10 minutes walk to Edgecliff station and 15 minutes to Bondi Junction Westfield and bus interchange / station. Also just a short 5 min walk over to the Lord Dudley Pub and Queen St shops in Woollahra. My current flatmate was just here on a working holiday and is moving back to the states! Both rooms have got built in wardrobes and they are both very spacious. The house has got high ceilings throughout and the whole apartment is completely sun soaked. The corridor receives natural light from the ceiling throughout. Common areas, such as the kitchen and study room are furnished. There are two bathrooms – you will share with only one other person. The kitchen comes with a fridge brand new washing machine dryer, induction cook top and oven. The ideal candidate is a full-time professional who is aware of common courtesy and ensures to comply with the house rules. We hold a good relationship with our neighbours and therefore kindly ask our future housemate to comply with the house rules set in place. It is important the noise level is kept down at all times. The pool is absolutely fantastic especially in the summer time. The balcony gets sunshine all day so its ideal to sit back and relax. The area is very quiet and there is a great little cafe just 1 minute walk away which is very convenient. When it comes to transport its very easy to commute back and forth to the city with a ferry wharf just 5 minutes walk and Edgecliff station not much further. There is also no restriction on street parking and there is a garage available for an additional $50 pw. Double bay is just down the road full of fantastic places to eat drink and socialise. Its a great spot for young professionals!
