There's two living areas, a big nice kitchen. We have a little dog called Charlie who loves a cuddle if you're up for it. Maddy and I have been best mates for a long time, we think we're pretty funny and we'd love to make a new pal, but we don't mind if you want to keep to yourself either. We're neat and tidy, but we're also not going to lose our minds if you don't get to the dishes right away.

The people here are the greatest part, but on top of that, we have a lovely private front garden and the house have enough space that if you feel like you want time to yourself, you will always be able to find it. Our house is close to everything! We're about a 7 minute walk to the station and a stones throw from the Gymea Bay Road shops. The spaces available for rent is a compact room and a slightly larger room on the quieter side of a fairly large home. Both rooms have large windows looking onto a big backyard. We currently have a wardrobe and futon lounge/bed in the smaller room if required (can be moved out). Our common living areas and kitchen are spacious.
