Hello folks, I have decided to move out of my amazing pad right on the beach on Port Melbourne and am hoping to find an easy going person to take over my lease. The apartment is only 1 street back from the beach and has amazing ocean views and the most beautiful sunsets in summer. We have a sweet BBQ too on the balcony. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and fully furnished. The apartment itself is fully equipped. It is small and cosy so we want to find someone who will get along with the other 2 room mates. Bedroom- The only downfall is the room actually does not have a window because of how the apartment complex is set out. I know.. weird. That being said, the room is still a very decent size and has a large built in wardrobe. The room will be unfurnished. I have found it to not really be a problem (especially over the summer) as the rest of the apartment has such amazing views and I was usually out during the summer. It’s a rather large apartment complex and has a lap lane pool and also a small gym with a large deck and grass area for lazing about in the summer. It is only a 5 minute walk to Bay street which has absolutely everything you could need. Bond is $1220 The Room is available from next Friday September 8, but we will be flexible for the right person. If you are the right fit, we would want to get all the paper work filled out asap and would require a deposit to secure the room.
