Hi Guys, We have one room in a 3 bedroom unit to offer, located in Wollongong. The unit is in a block of 5 units and is situated towards the back of the block, so street noise is not a problem. Nor are our neighbours, who are extremely quiet, which is great. The unit is in a great location, we are a 10 minute walk away from the CBD and the beach and about a 25 minute walk to the uni, so getting around is easy. The room on offer is the main bedroom and has an en suite, so you'd have a bathroom all to yourself. It is a good sized room with a large north facing window allowing good air flow and plenty of light. The rent includes all the bills (electricity, gas & unlimited NBN internet) so $210 covers all household expenses other than your own food and general expenses. The oven and stove top are electric while the hot water system is gas. We share all cleaning duties and try to keep place looking respectable. The unit if fully furnished, so the only furniture required is that for your bedroom. There is a modest sized, private courtyard off the kitchen and laundry, where the clothesline is located. As the courtyard is paved, there is limited maintenance required, so no moving lawns and weeding the garden. The landlord maintains the gardens and brings in the bins and is pretty friendly and relaxed. Sadly, we are not allowed to have pets, but our neighbour has a cat who wonders over for a visit most days. He likes a pat and is quite friendly. We are looking for a quiet, friendly, non-smoking housemate who is considerate and respectful of housemates and neighbours, has a stable income and is looking for a long stay. Hi! We are looking for 2 new flatmates to join our big family in our old-world mansion. It is a very beautiful, spacious home with old wooden floor boards, high ceilings and eye catching views with glimpses of the ocean. The house is super conveniently located near: the CBD, uni, the hospital, Wollongong train station and the best bus routes. The first room is a large, airconditioned, double bedroom with a colossal built in wardrobe that is furnished (or you can bring your own furniture if you prefer). The move in date for this bedroom is the 29th of january. The second bedroom is even bigger than the first but does not have a built in wardrobe or airconditioning. The move in date is not confirmed for the second bedroom but will likely be around mid to late february. In the main house there are 6 of us. My partner and I also have our own living area at the front of the house and all 6 of us share the common areas (kitchen/dining/loung, bath/shower rooms and toilets). The kitchen/dining/lounge area is great for cooking and hanging out in with plenty of storage, fridge space, utensils and a good quality gas stove for cooking on. We are really lucky to have such a comfortable sharehouse with so much living, and bedroom space. Also, this is a very quiet home when needed because we have brick walls and the living areas are all very separate from the bedrooms, meaning plenty of sound insulation (good for sleep and study :D). There is also a nice backyard and balcony area that can be used for hanging out in (we have a fire pit). I'm also very house proud lol so the place always looks nice and planning to bring in some more furniture to make it look even nicer. There is also a self contained granny flat downstairs and completely separate from the rest of the house occupied by our semi-flatmate Brett.

Our house is located in the heart of Woonona a very quick walk to shops, gyms, restaurants, cafes, (great coffee shop at the end of the street) and the bus stop. Woonona beach is just down the road about a 10-15min walk quicker on a push bike and even quicker by car. The house is furnished apart from the room that’s available. A big backyard great for bbqs and we also love having a backyard fire in the colder months of the year. The owner of the property doesn’t want any pets so unfortunately it’s pet free.
