I am seeking for a furnished room with ensuite and full internet access.

I am a finance professional with stable full time employment and work 5-day week normal hours. I am a simple person, non-smoker, non-drinker and lead healthy lifestyle.

I am a quiet, friendly, very easy going, considerate, respect people's privacy, sociable, hygiene, tidy and clean person and looking for housemates who share and practise the same values.

I would avoid noisy places which allows indoor smoking, gaming, gambling and party animal activities at all costs.

I usually do some light cooking and will ensure that the kitchen is kept in tip top conditions after using it.

I do not bring any furniture or pets with me.

I need to serve 2 weeks notice to my current landlord but could possibly workout a reduced notice period (as they have just sold their house but their moving date is still not fixed).
