My friend Paul and I are looking for 1 to 2 people to join us in a new sharehouse. We're looking to start a lease in a spacious 3-4 bedroom house nestled in the foothills or hills. Thinking south, east, or north-east of the CBD in suburbs like Blackwood, Mitcham, Beaumont, Burnside, Magill, Rostrevor.
We're both professionals in our 40's, experienced with sharhouse living with all sorts of folks, both laid back and fairly quiet but do like to socialise too. Open to any gender, most ages, students welcome, queer friendly, pets considered, gardening skills much appreciated.
Just started going to inspections so please hit me up soon if you want to chat or ask questions or if you've found somewhere amazing but need more people to populate it.
