Hi there,
I’m a 39-year-old professional woman currently in a transition phase and ready to relocate and move in this week. I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home on the Sunshine Coast.
I have many years of experience working as a sole trader in the disability support sector. I’m currently between roles while relocating, however I have substantial savings and am actively seeking work in the area. I’m financially responsible, reliable and able to comfortably meet rental commitments.
I’m easy-going, respectful and clean, and I value a calm, positive home environment. Outside of work I enjoy singing, staying active and exploring — I’m really looking forward to settling into coastal living.
I’m also a smoker, (yes i need to give up), however I strictly smoke outdoors and am very mindful and respectful of maintaining a clean, fresh indoor environment.
I’m ready to secure a place immediately and would love the opportunity to view the property.
