I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations.
So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks).
I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly.
