$150/week23 year old female

Hi! My names Tayla, I'm 23yrs old and currently looking for a room to rent. I've been through so much the last 1-2 months my whole world was flipped upside down. My partner left me and took everything including my broken heart. I'm currently on a centerlink exemption certificate as I’m unable to work due to personal reasons (willing to discuss in person). It is highly important to me that my new housemate accepts the LGBTQ community as I myself am gay. I am a smoker but NEVER indoors. I am seeking the cheapest possible rent hopefully including bills and internet as I will be saving to purchase my own bed set, white goods etc for when I can move out. I'm happy to help with cleaning as well, I think of myself as a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning. I always clean as I go and love to keep on top of everything. In other words you’ll never see a dirty plate, dirty benches or clothes lying around. I’m happy to make/provide my own food. I have a cat and it is important that she stays with me as she has been my rock through all of my life challenges and shake ups. She is a 5yr old cat named Eppie and she is an indoor cat, fully vaccinated, desexed, microchipped and also receives regular flea and worming treatment. Eppie has everything she needs and is extremely spoilt. My plan is to live with a house mate until I can get my own place and own things. As I’m on centerlink it may take slightly longer. I am hoping to return to work hopefully no later than December first. Once I return to work I am happy to chip in more with bills etc. I have recently been staying at a friends place but it is only temporary and I am looking for more space to myself. I’m usually very quiet and sometimes you won’t even realise I am there. Hopefully after some time I can get to know you better (anxiety sucks!) Ideally, I would like a granny flat type thing so I have my own space and that way my new housemate doesn’t have to worry about my kitty cat. I’m very easy going and do catch up with friends a lot. I enjoy getting out the house as much as I like staying in. Thankyou so much for taking the time to read this and get to know me and my situation. 😊
