Maria and Antoine

Hello everyone 🙂

My husband (Antoine ) and I (Maria) are looking for our own place in Adelaide from 25th January 2026.

We are both in our mid-30s and are internationals on student visas. We are respectful, reliable, and highly committed to our projects, with immaculate work, rental, pet and house-sitting references to provide from our 4 years in Australia.

We are drama-free people, focused on our studies and work.

Antoine studies Automotive Technology at TAFE and works in a workshop, and I (Maria) work from home + run a small cleaning business specialising in end-of-lease cleaning with excellent reviews (an industry that has made us very aware of what it means to care for a rental property with dedication.)

Ideally, we are looking for a studio, an independent-entrance granny flat, or an older house that we could care for as our own for at least one year.

We would prefer to rent anywhere between Edwardstown and Hallet Cove but we are flexible for the right opportunity.
