I have lived in shared accommodation in the past and understand how they work and what is expected of me as a housemate. I have anxiety and tend to be quite shy until I get comfortable where I can become very talkative. I can cook, clean and manage my own space and tidy up after myself. I’m not a huge fan of conflict so I try to be as polite and respectful as possible. I have 2 cats (both desexed and microchipped)I would love to bring with me, they are quite timid and shy at first but can be super affectionate (on their terms). They are both outdoor cats during the day but I like to bring them inside at night. I’m currently doing an online course in Community Services and will be working part-time.
I work full time in the CBD as a landscape architect. As my profession might suggest I am design and plant obsessed. And prone to occasional late work nights. I come with a cat - Juniper. She is small, exceptionally cute and playful. Also toilet trained, fuss free, never wakes you up at night but will give you sassy stares in the usual cat way. I am a friendly, respectful and social person. Domestically I am fairly tidy and well organised, and have a particular skill love for improving my home spaces. I'm a nature addict and enjoy rock climbing, bush walks and outdoor adventures whenever the opportunity comes up. Yoga, music and dancing keep me happy on the daily. Values are seeded in being environmentally considerate and I prefer to live with others who actively minimise waste and consumption. Currently have no car and bike ride everywhere - hence would like to stay around the city fringe. House needs to be cat friendly and a good vibe. Would prefer aircon and modern kitchen elements but am flexible on that. Would like a backyard of some kind. If this interests you send me a message and we can chat more!
Hi there! Me and Mark are previously from Singapore and we are planning our big move to Adelaide this coming June. We are easy going, fun, neat and organized. We understand and respect each ones privacy. Hope to meet new friends in the city!
I cook, bake and clean up after myself and leave the goodies out for you! My trouble is getting rid of the baked goods now that I've finally graduated and don't have a dumping ground! Socializing is nice but I tend to bury myself in a book in my room when I get hold of a good one. For the last 10 years I've lived in shared accommodations so I do understand and respect boundaries. Currently working part-time in two different cafes so I'm actually rarely around. I actually have some furniture, a good bed, an extendable 6 seater dining table and a couple of other things but I can always put into storage if the new place is too small for my furniture. Looking for a place with white goods provided as I have none. I'm very good with dogs; my aunt runs a rescue centre back home and I would volunteer every weekend to keep out of trouble, but cats are a 50/50, I have to meet them first! I like them but they don't necessarily like me! A bit of a Harry Potter, LOTR, Star Wars nerd and I do love my Harlequin books. Hobbies include reading and crawling up Mt Lofty (no matter how much I go up, it still gets me for the next 3 days) on a weekday. I don't have agoraphobia but I'm not a fan of crowds.
Hi there, my name is Tammika, I’m 26yo, very clean/tidy and friendly. I work FT as an Event Coordinator (sometimes I work from home) and will usually keep to myself but more than happy to join you for a mid week beverage or joint dinner! I’m quite social but will keep company to a minimum and expect a similar approach with a potential house mate. Looking to move into a share place mid July as I’m about to jet off to Europe for 6 weeks. Hoping for a CBD apartment or something close by, fully furnished where possible. No pets, non smoker but I do require an off street carpark. Happy to see what you have to offer! :)
I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse or someone cool to team up with. I'm the type of person who likes to love where I live and that includes the people I'm with as well as the aesthetics of the place. I'd love to become friends with those I live with and spend time chatting, eating, drinking etc. however still respect each others personal space. Ideally I'd love to have a big bright room to retreat to. I'm fairly neat and tidy and respectful of others and would like the same in return. I'm in to all the normal stuff: markets, dogs, walks, the odd drink or two but not a huge partier anymore etc. I have two small dogs that I share custody with :) I usually have them on weekends but sometimes I have them full time for a few months so I'd need a place that can have dogs as well as a person who loves cuddly little floofers. Also I'm a non smoker and would prefer to live with other non smokers. (Although I have listed August, there aren't any real time constraints on when I move)
I currently work full time as a retail manager in the city and am looking to move closer for work. I’m an extremely easygoing, clean, independent, sociable person. I attend the gym quit regularly and like to see my friends and socialise with my time off. Will be shortly heading into Uni so will be quite busy with work and study most time. I’m adaptable to all types of people and also love quiet time to myself. Love to have a laugh and enjoy some banter!! Please feel free to contact me for further information :)
Trained as a future physician and scientist, I spend every second I can spare on making music: I play the piano, the organ and sing. Funfact about me: after highschool, I used to play jazzpiano in a restaurant in Paris. I love alpacas and all types of pastries. Jokes apart: I'm looking for a place to stay from Aug, 15th until when september ends. During my stay in Adelaide, I'll be undertaking a clinical elective in Cardiology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
