Hi! I’m Riya, an international postgraduate student, all set to start my program at the University of Adelaide next month. I’m an Urban/Environmental Planner by profession and currently based in Dubai with my family.

I’m looking for a female-only unit near the university, preferably for at least six months. I’m friendly, easy-going, and respectful, and I value a calm, comfortable home. I keep shared spaces tidy, appreciate open communication, and respect personal space.

I’m non-smoking and not much of a party person, so I’m hoping to find a quiet, relaxed living environment that supports study and everyday routines. My budget range is $250–$350 per week, and I’m aiming to move in from 1 February 2026. Ideally, I’d like to share with like-minded female flatmate(s) who want a clean, peaceful, and welcoming home.
