Hi my name's Michael. I'm 25 and I'm in the third year of my PhD at the University of Adelaide (studying psychology). I'm a pretty easy-going guy who equally enjoys organising experimentally themed costume parties and sitting at home drinking a glass of Cab Sav while watching BBC comedies. Other hobbies include attempting to cook, researching and recovering from wine tours, painting, and editing/ crying over my extremely boring thesis that you don't have to ask me about. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, preferably within walking/ riding distance of the uni. Bonus points if it's a cute cottage with polished wooden floorboards. Looking forward to meeting you, new friend.
I am a PhD student (Geology) at university of Adelaide. Coming from India. I am tidy and clean. I am fun to talk to on evenings after work. I am a non-smoker and non-alcoholic. Would respect others privacy and expect them to respect mine as well. Hit me up and we can talk about the place.
Hey guys, Im 23 and working full time in the city. Im a very tidy person, I will always clean up after myself, Im reliable, honest and respectful. As I work during the week, I like to keep things quiet and relaxed, On the weekends I don't mind having a few sneaky wines and being social, getting out and hitting up a few local places. Iv been living out of home for the last 3 years and am very self reliant, you won't need to remind me to do anything like cleaning up or taking bins out, I'm pretty good thing those kind of things :) Im a very easy going girl and find it easy to get along with everyone :) Please don't hesitate to message me if you think I might be the right person to move in with!
Hello, my name’s Erin. I’m a single, non-smoking, 26-year-old working full time in HR. Currently living alone in North Adelaide but my lease is ending in December and financially living alone is taking it’s toll so back to sharing I go at the end of the year. I’m a friendly and very clean housemate who is very considerate and respectful of others space. I would describe myself as a homebody who doesn’t really go out all that much but I do like a drink (hello Wino Wednesday’s watching The Bachelor). I spend most weekends either catching up with my fam when I can (have three gorgeous nieces), hanging out with friends, heading to gigs or binge-Netflixing. Not much of a cook unfortunately (packet pasta is life) but cleaning is where my strengths lie. I do have my own bedroom furniture and other bits and pieces (small couch, lounge chair, coffee table, bookshelf etc.) but happy to consider selling/putting in storage however would really prefer an unfurnished bedroom at least. I realise I’ve started my search quite early but I like to see what’s out there – plus I’m getting keen to move since I currently have no oven, no heating, no TV reception and a hot water service that lasts 5 minutes while paying through the teeth! Oh being an adult is such fun. This experience however has taught me to be super power conscious which I think is a positive and I am a house proud person so looking for someone likeminded. Ps. I have a dry sense of humour, a hideous laugh, sing in the shower and sometimes yell at the TV while watching Family Feud – these are definitely things to consider as a potential housemate haha. Anywho, that’s enough about me. Ask me any questions, or let me know about your place if you think I’d make a good fit. Looking for a place to call home and hopefully make a new friend :)
Hi, Maria and I are looking for third housemate. We are both social easy going people, that enjoy the outdoors, games and cooking together. We both can appreciate our alone time as well. Both working in hospitality, so sleep in Monday's may occur. Come join our hunt for a house just outside the city.
I'm a French student and I am going to study business in Adelaide for 5 months. I am looking for an apartment sharing from mid-July to mid-December. I am 22. I am outgoing, smiling and very dynamic, I am also very tidy.
I am a friendly French girl of 21 years old. I am in Adelaïde for my two-month-internship. I am looking for a room in the city center for the 1st of July. My objective of the stay is to undertake my internship, travel and have fun ! I am very easy going, cleaning and smiling girl! I am excited to meet new people and to discover Australia! Thank you in advance, Natty
I'm a 28 year-old moving to Adelaide and on the hunt for a place to live and housemates to get to know. When I'm not pulling heavy hours at work I'm usually at the beach, the gym or the pub. I'm tidy and having lived in share houses since Uni, know the ins and outs of being a housemate - paying the bills on time, hanging up bath mats etc etc. Let me know if I sound like the kind of guy you're after!
We are a very friendly couple and like to live in a neat and tidy place. I work full time and my partner is doing his masters degree. We always clean up our own mess and respect others personal space very much. We are quite most of the time but always willing to socialise and talk :) We like to watch movies and read novels during our spare time.
Hey there! I'm Louise, 24, working part time at a gym whilst trying to get my own business up and running! I'm looking for a new place to move into + make some new friends along the way. I'm ridiculously laid back, positive and a bit of a hippy - but seriously, I have a million crystals and way too many decks of tarot cards - would prefer someone who isn't phased by that kind of stuff or even better, someone who is into spirituality and all that delicious shiz. Love quiet nights at home but also love the occasional throw down with my squad in town (we know how to party). Ideally I would love to stay with people who are super social but also respectful of when personal space is needed - and also someone who is not going to make a lot of noise while others are sleeping because that really grinds my gears. Not fussed whether male or female, I get along with pretty much anyone. Keen to even find people that are looking to move into find a place, we can team up and find a place to move in together. Ps. I have a doggo named Ruby, she is a Staffy X and we're kind of a package deal. If I found the right house/people to live with I would consider leaving her with my mum if no pets were allowed so it's not a HUGE issue. If you're keen feel free to hit me up via message
quiet and respectful. researcher at university. 27 yr old male.
I have recently transferred in from Perth, WA to take the position of Managing Director of our SA Operation based here in Adelaide. I have been (temporarily) located with a friend and colleague in West Beach and am based out of our State Office in Holden Hill. However I do an extensive amount of networking through our channels, partners and BNI Chapter located in the city as well as work a lot form the road. I am paid a base wage plus commissions on sales and trail income from managing key accounts within the operation. This is combined with company ownership in my current business and a side startup. I am looking for a peaceful, quiet and easy going Apartment that has access to the city as well as northern suburbs that I can furnish myself and store my new car. Wanting to partner with someone who is willing to spend $250 + per week on a nice 2 bedroom + apartment in Bowden, Adelaide or North Adelaide. I'll be getting a place around those areas regardless and then advertising for a flatmate but would be much easier if someone was able to jump into it at roughly the same time. I gym regularly, do cardio, yoga and on occasion kickboxing. My after-hours work disputes with colleagues get hashed out in a squash court and I work with some amazing people. Know how to get loosy-goosy and a former smoker so definitely don't want the habit near me in fear of picking it up again. If you are in sales, an entrepreneur and/or a business owner we will get along. Preferred ages are 25 - 35. Joe Rogan podcasts will be played throughout the apartment and Rick and Morty will be enjoyed on Netflix.
Hi I m Hannah from China, I prefer mates who are friendly and love different cultures. I m a 21 years old female overseas student study in Adelaide uni, my major is Architecture design, the third year undergraduate. I like organize my room tidy and clean and have a cleaning up on weekends if I m not busy with homework. I prefer making friends to staking at my own room, but I will completely respect my roommates' private space, if they love quite, I will not bother them. I m looking for a place near my uni because of my increasingly heavy work at uni, and I prefer a place where I can live in for a long term.
I'm a fun and easy going guy originally from Brisbane. I work in Arts Administration and have spent most of the year flying between cities working across a few different large arts organisations. I'm coming to Adelaide to work full time with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra on a 3-month contract and am looking for a place while I'm here. I work long regular hours, plus often outside of hours, so when I am home I usually just relax, work on my laptop or sleep. I'm more than happy to have dinner, chat or have a drink with housemates, but I respect that everyone needs privacy and can operate on my own. I graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (Griffith) and played while I was there. I love the arts and culture; music is my passion. I'm happy to chat about myself for anything I haven't covered here, so contact me with any questions. Cheers! Nathan
We are an easy going couple ... We are no smoker, we drink alcohol very rarely. We like to do a bit of sport and try to have a healthy lifestyle. We have a dog, Charlie ... Good fella, he doesn't bark so much and he likes to play but still very quiet. We are going to Adelaide to work, Masami already got a work, she's dog groomer and I'm going to find one in construction when I will be there. Clarence and Masami
My name is Maighan, I'm 20 and studying International Development at Adelaide Uni, as well as commencing an internship with SA Parliament (how do I adult??) I enjoy going to markets, hanging out, exploring adelaide, taking videos and photos, being creative, meditating and brunching. I'm from Tassie so I go home when I can to catch up with friends and family, but I've also got a really stable and fab group of friends in Adelaide. I want a social share house, somewhere with 0 drama and supportive and friendly people. Feeling safe and accepted is really important to me and it's my main requirement for a share house. If you're looking for someone to share cups of tea with (I have a crazy collection of T2) and who is regularly down to go for a walk, get coffee or a beer then I am ya gal! I'm generally clean and my floordrobe always stays within the premises of my room ;) Excited to hear from you :)
Hi, I have just moved back to Adelaide after living in Melbourne and the Sunshine coast. I am about to start a full time job in the north of Adelaide and am looking for a relaxed and fun environment to live. I have lived in multiple share house so know the ins and outs of it. I love being outdoors and the occasional glass of wine :)
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
