We have now found a property in Seacliff Park, sea views and 2 storey large house. Large yard and plenty of parking. Rent will be $125pw + bills.

My sister and I are looking for a 3rd Amigo. I have lived in share houses for the last 8 years so am familiar with how to live with others, Sophie (my sister) has been living out of home for 3/4 years also.

You don't necessarily need to stay for the whole year, as long as you give us enough notice. House will be pretty much furnished, you'll need a bed but whatever you have I'm sure we'll find use for.

She has a medium sized dog so you'd need to be dog friendly, we have applied for a couple of properties around Seacliff so hopefully will be able to change this ad to a property one soon.

We both work full time and get along well, appreciate our own space at times but are both pretty chill.

Banter and board games are a must. I love cooking and do so quite regularly which will be a bonus, I've lived with vegans before so can even cater to their eating needs haha.
