Moving from Sydney to Adelaide on the 23rd June, looking for a furnished place to rent :) Clean and very tidy, Easy going, enjoy a chat every now and then. honest and reliable, will always pay rent on time. Great rental history.
I'm a neat a tidy person who will keep to myself mostly, unless you want a new friend, because I'm also up for that. I work a lot, so I'm not at home much, other than nights. I also love to cook and I find cleaning therapeutic sometimes too. I'm from Adelaide, born and bred and think it's the best city to live in. For fun, I like to get creative, go out and also just stay in for a good movie.
Hi, I am looking for the place to rent for the next 3+ years. I have my own furniture, kitchen appliances, fridge and washing machine, so ideal it would be granny flat or independent part of the house with the private bathroom. I am honest and decent person, if you have dog that will be bonus for me as I love dogs.

I am studying full time and work part time.

I am after short term accommodation for two form 14/5/2018 to to 28/5/2018 as I will be moving interstate for employment. I am flexible on location provided there's a bus stop close by and the location is no more than 20 minutes into the city. The house owners will be friendly.we are open to multicultural homes.
Hi there! My name is Brooke and I'm 23 years old. I've lived in Adelaide for 12 months working full time and now looking to move in with some groovy housemates as I transition back into studying (animal studies) and working part time. I have my best pal Oscar the border collie with me who is 4 years old, and despite his breed, spends 85% of his time sleeping and the other 15% at the beach. He is an inside/outside dog and gets along well with other animals and humans, toilet trained and has completed obedience training as well as being an awesome foster brother in the past so he is very patient 🤗 I enjoy hanging out with friends, beach days, writing, reading and a bit of Netflix. Don’t party but enjoy a casual dance at the bay now and then! I am pretty easy going and happy to do my own thing, but also hang out together every now and then. I'm down for a chat but also happy to live with someone who just wants their own space :) I am vegan, but currently live with non-vegans, so if you aren’t fussed on my choices I’m not fussed on yours :) My lease is up July 5th so would like to have somewhere lined up that's available to move in June 20th-30th, open to suburbs along the west coast from Sheidow Park, Seacliff, Glenelg, Marion up to West Beach - ideally with utilities included in rent!
Hey, our names are Annie and Lauren. We are two laid back and open minded girls looking for a room mate (or two). We are good friends who met through footy, and we would love another friendly, easy-going person to move out with. A little about us: Annie - Finished uni last year, now working as a full time Occupational Therapist. Love the beach, sport, a good movie and a good wine. Non-vego. Lauren - Full time PhD student on a scholarship, who likes the outdoors, animals, going for a kick and finishing the week with a glass of vino. Vego. We'd love to have a chat and get to know you! :)
I work 5+ days a week as a roofer/plumber. I'm a bit of a recluse, so a bit quiet, but with a good sense of humor. I'm organised, clean and will help out with anything I am able to. I also have a very well trained, loyal and very friendly 4 year old Staffy X called Zeus who is very intelligent and a bit of a ladies man. Plus, accompanying Zeus and myself is his playful 6 month old puppy Odin. They are both quiet, house trained and very affectionate. They both draw attention wherever we go relishing in the free pats from young and old alike. 6+ month with option to renew lease would be ideal for the boys and I. Somewhere South of Anzac Highway across between Goodwood and Unley Roads and down as far as Seacombe Road and up to Happy Valley is generally where I'm looking to settle down. This gives me a stable base to set up for work, and a long awaited home my boys can finally settle in. Bond and rent will never be a issue that can be paid either in cash, or via bank transfers. P.S: Don't let looks deceive you. The boys and I may just surprise you.
We are an easy-going professional couple. Julien is a Chef and I (Claire) am an Environmental Consultant. New to Adelaide. We are tidy and respect others privacy, but also enjoy a drink and a chat.
Hiya! I'm Izzy :) Just to preface: My chosen 'move-in' time isn't accurate as I don't have a date that I have to move out by. I just chose that because I had to select a date. I'm naturally a really clean and friendly person! I love to be social with housemates, whether that's all watching a movie together, having a drink or two, or just having a good old chat about life. I also like to have time to myself as I'm studying at Flinders and uni can get a bit stressful! I'm currently in my second year of psychology and neuroscience. I have a little Maltese dog, she is almost 12 years old and loves cuddles. She is a hypoallergenic breed and so doesn't shed hair (thankfully). She is good with other dogs, but is old and so can get annoyed at a boisterous puppy who won't leave her alone. I'm allergic to cats and rabbits, and the hairy dog breeds too, so preferably any other pets would be dogs with short hair. I grew up in a regional area by the beach, and so feel most comfortable away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have two brothers and so am comfortable living with all genders. I'm a vegan and have been for over 3 years. My main hobby is going to the beach with my puppy, watching Netflix / documentaries, going to the gym (not as often as I should though!), and also any concerts or festivals when I can afford it. I don't really have any friends in Adelaide since moving here last year, so it'd be lovely to be able to live with some like-minded people! If you think my vibe matches up with yours, don't hesitate to chuck me a message! :) - Izzy
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
Originally from Adelaide currently living in Melbourne. Looking to return home to beautiful SA. I'm clean and tidy. I have a full-time job. I'm not a party animal. I'm happy to socialise with housemates and chip in for spring clean Sundays etc. Only requirement I need is a garage or secure parking to park a vehicle. Although I keep to myself alot I like to live in a bit more of a homely environment with housemates I can communicate and hang out with but also know when to respect eachothers space Look forward to hearing from future housemates Cheers
Hi I'm Chris, a 22yo Bar Manager with a passion for hospitality. I like to keep the fridge full of cold beers and hummus. When I'm not working I'll probably doing some form of activity whether it be playing guitar or going to the gym. I don't eat anything that comes from an animal, so you don't have to worry about me stealing your snacks. Always down for a cheeky beer.
Hey guys I am 25, I work as an Emergency Nurse at Flinders Medical Centre. I consider myself quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I do like to socialise with my fellow housemates, but do acknowledge the need for personal space and privacy, and I am quite respectful of that. During my downtime I enjoy watching and playing sport (run/swim/basketball), also enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. If I am too knackered for all of the above after a busy week I just like to chill on the couch and binge watch Netflix. I don't smoke, I drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
Im 54yrs young very clean and tidy also respectful of other people/home..reliable social but not looking for a party house. I have a small west highland white terrior (fem that doesnt shed) am looking for (pref)my own bathroom/living area and come with great references. .thankyou
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
