I am a mature, very active male taking a new direction in life, looking for a home base before making longer-term decisions about my housing. I have many interests and work projects, so I am often away from home. When I am at home, I like it to be a place where I can recharge, enjoy some company, and also have some alone time. I am no slouch when it comes to keeping a place clean and in good order, but I am not fanatical. You'll find me a generally friendly, agreeable, respectful character.
