I'm Joel, recently 33, and I'm relocating up to Launceston and surrounds from Hobart to be closer to family. I'm looking for a flexible short term arrangement as I'm waiting for the right property to come on the market to purchase after selling my hobby farm in Hobart.

I'm vegetarian and enjoy living a health conscious life. I'm very much an old soul and enjoy keeping things pretty low key but can also be social if it's the right vibe! I'm not a party animal, and I also enjoy a neat and tidy space.
I'm a Project Manager and WFH mostly with the odd office visit to Hobart once a month. I'm easy to live with, I enjoy going on walks, personal development, working on my cars and love my down time. I'm smoke free/drug free and don't really drink. If this sounds great to you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Also, if you have a flatshare/space to rent on some acreage - even better! I have a pet wether goat called Alfred who looks like a border collie and is basically a dog too. I'm planning to agist him in the meantime, however if you've got some acreage and want a flatmate + goat to keep the weeds down - we can be a package deal!
