Im an 18 year old student, and my situation is kinda messy right now, so I'm looking for someone who can be understandable and flexible while I try to get back on my feet. Please don't let that turn you off, though! I currently live 4hrs away from Launceston in a rural area, and have to move away from home for my studies. Because of this, I am currently unemployed, but will be searching for a job as soon as I move. I'm looking for somewhere cheapish* with internet, but I am willing to clean daily, buy my own food, and even chill out with you if you'd like. I will put in extra effort to make up for the fact that I will be an unemployed student mess for a month or so! *Rent and bills will be paid even before my food will be bought, so no stress about that. :^) About me? Well, I'm a tidy gal who keeps to herself and would rather sit at home and play games than go out and party. I don't smoke, but I am used to people who do, so don't stress! I'm pretty independent, but everyone has bad days I guess! I'm hoping to move anywhere between August 2018 and January 2019, just in time for classes. I recently graduated from an ICT degree in Hobart and have found full time work as a software dev in Launceston. Very easy to get along with, clean and mindful of personal space. I'm always happy to chat or go out for the occasional social beverage, also a non-smoker. I will be working 5 days a week, generally 9-5 but occasionally later as the job requires. I also tend to visit the gym a few times a week but love spending time indoors and keeping up with the latest technology. I'm happy to help cooking with meals as well.

I will be coming down to Launceston for 3 months to study for my maritime master of 24m ticket I love the town and have been looking forward to this move for about a year now Here’s a little background information -I’m a Sydney native from the inner west - I have 2 great passions in life at the moment the Australian bush and the sea I work full time I one and aim to make the other my life time goal - I would describe myself as calm and dependable with a worrying habit of talking non stop about tall ships if you get me going particularly the James Craig of which i am very proud -rent will always be on time if not early (I have references to prove it) -I am a proud shell back with about 6 months of Bluewater sailing under my belt - i’m The disgusting early riser but I’m well practiced at keeping it to myself not everybody needs to be out of the house by 5 in the morning - I love classical art and i’ve been told that some of my water colours are passable - I tend to have a pretty proactive habit when it comes to house work particularly with taking out the rubbish and dish washing - When I’m not working in the bush I volunteer with the state emergency services - I look forward to hearing from you
