I’m from the good old Mainland, Melbourne! Been living out of home since I was 16, self sufficient & mature. I’ve lived in share houses before, with many different aged people, large & small groups, I’m easy going & nonjudgemental. I make my own way & have an active lifestyle which means I’m out of the house a lot but love to indulge in a Netflix binge night with drinks & good company!
Hello, I am moving to Launceston in early September for a new job. I am moving from Newcastle but originally from country Victoria. I will be working full time as an Optometrist and will have to work some Saturdays. I am an easy going, respectful and friendly person who likes to keep busy when not working. I try to keep active and I love cooking and baking. I am usually up for anything from just relaxing after work, a Netflix binge, the odd beverage or few, or an adventure around town. I am looking for friendly housemate(s) who would be up for a chat at the end of the day, rather than strangers living in the same house. Also someone understands the need for personal space occasionally.
I'm a 24-year-old journalist. I work strange and long hours and am currently hunting for a housemate. I'm an obsessively clean person, but in a good way! On my days off you can either find me in bed watching Netflix, or hanging out with my friends sharing a few drinks and laughs. My friends are all very welcoming of new blood and love meeting new people. I'm very easy to get along with, and I'm very honest. I like a housemate that is honest with me, too and can tell me if I'm annoying them! I love housemates with a great sense of humour, that are easy-going, and are respectful of shared places in the house. A benefit of living with me would be that I have all of the necessary furniture and you'd only have to BYO bed haha. I'm also an exceptionally good tour guide and know all of the Tassie hot spots!
I have recently moved to Launceston from north-east Victoria. I graduated from uni last year and am now working full time as an orthotist/prosthetist at Launceston General Hospital. I am a pretty quiet person to live with but would love to live with housemates that enjoy spending time together over dinner, drinks or weekend outings! Outside of work I am quite active and can often be found at the gym or exploring the outdoors. I am looking for young and likeminded people that need a housemate or want to look for a house together! :)
I am a Ph.D. candidate at AMC, Tasmania. I am sociable, have self-respect, privacy respected. I love music, game, and movie, enthusiastic about reading books, interested in technologies, especially new ones. I am clean and tidy. You could talk with me about everything, a deliberative discussion is always welcome. I am somewhat an easy-going and flexible person.
Hello! I have recently moved to Launceston to work full-time at the Examiner newspaper. Before this I was travelling in South America, mostly spending time in an animal sanctuary in Bolivia, and in Australia I've lived in Bathurst, Melbourne, and the Snowy Mountains. I'll be mostly out of the house focusing on my job, but I like to kick back with some TV/movies of an evening and a drink every now and then. I love to travel, read, and to explore the outdoors. I'm friendly but also enjoy my own space. Hope to meet you soon!
Hi there! I’m looking for a room in an exisiting sharehouse for a minimum two months stay. A little about me; I’m from Launceston and have been studying theatre in Melbourne and Sydney over the last three years. I’m moving back for a little while for a change of pace. I’m creative, neat, relaxed, and open minded. As a housemate I’m always up for a good chat over wine or coffee but also respectful of everyone’s need for space and to do their own thing. I’m not looking for an overly social/party house, just a place we can all call home to relax in after a long day. Please message me on here if you have anything on offer. Cheers, Kel
I'm easy-going, clean, and considerate to live with, moving down from south-east Queensland for media work (and to escape the heat/humidity?) Confessed Australian music and community radio nerd.
My name is Sam. I am currently based in Sydney and am looking to move to Launceston mid July. I will be staying at the hospital for a few weeks so I would love to come and meet you and look at your place. I am an Occupational Therapist and will be starting at LGH. I love to cook and have a wine after work.
Hi, I am from Brisbane, will be moving down to Launceston for FT work in mid Aug. I am quiet, easy going, clean, love to explore a new city, hike and cook! I am looking for a room/some flat mates to rent out a place, preferably furnished and modern. Please message me if you have any other questions or want to get to know me!
Hi, I am Bhavin,21 years old. I am about to commence my Post Graduate Course in Logistics Management at UTAS, Newnham this July. I can cook Indian dishes, so my future flatmates will be treated with homemade exotic Indian cuisine. I am chilled and like cracking (lame) jokes. I am fond of Foootball (soccer) and cricket. I have mild OCD, so you don't have to worry about untidiness and messy home. I will be spending most of time at Uni, work , playing Football or exploring Tassie.
I’m 23 years old and currently work full time managing a business I own in the Launceston area. Early mornings and work on weekends means I’m away from home a lot of the time. I enjoy my sport, gym, going out with friends as well as having time to myself at home to unwind. I’m honest, respectful and have a good sense of humour. I’m hoping to find a like minded person to start a share house with or join an existing share house!
I'm 20 years old, a uni student and I also work at a local pub as well as playing mid-week netball. I'm neat and tidy and respect others privacy. I usually spend my free time at home or with my boyfriend but I'm not noisy or disruptive in anyway. Looking for a place where people will EQUALLY split the rent. None of this ‘this room is x amount and this room is x amount’ stuff. I’ve worked in real estate for 3 years.
