Hi everyone! 👋 My name is Neo (27, Male, from Taiwan).I have secured a full-time job in the area (Whitemore) and I am looking for a stable, long-term place to call home.

About Me:
✅ Clean & Tidy: I value a clean living environment. I always clean up common areas immediately after cooking or using them. You won't have to worry about mess!

✅ Lifestyle: I work full-time. In my free time, I exercise daily, take photos, or work on my creative projects in my room.

✅ Personality: I’m sincere, easy-going, and respectful of personal space. I enjoy a good chat but also value quiet time.

✅ Cooking: I cook regularly! I’m happy to share some dishes if you’d like to try. 👨‍🍳

What I’m Looking For:
📍 Location: Priority in Hadspen, but also happy with Prospect, Prospect Vale, Summerhill, or Kings Meadows.

🛏 Room: Fully furnished private room.

🍳 Kitchen: Must have a functional kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Fridge, etc.).

🚗 Parking: I will be renting a car (and buying one soon), so I need off-street parking or a garage (also for my road bike).

📅 Move-in:7th February (Flexible for immediate move-in).

💰 Budget:Max $250 - 280 p/w (Bills included preferred) — but of course, lower is even better! 😉
