Hi. Looking for a room up to $250 or granny flat/seperate dwelling for me and potentially my partner up to about $350
Im 51 years young and have 3 siblings. I'm a relaxed, easygoing straight guy. I like a laugh and a have a great sense of humour. I like to keep things clean and am a generous person. Always happy to help out and do my share. What goes around comes around. I drink socially, couple after work a few times a week or none sometimes and have a binge on the weekends if persuaded . Unfortunately I smoke stinking cigarettes, outside of course, so happy my adult kids don't.
I work in Civil construction. I have also played in many bands over the years and still play for fun and do a few gigs around the place occasionally. I play Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, Ukulele etc. Guitars and music are my hobbies, Music is a must for me. Like sport but not as keen as I was years ago. No pets atm but love most animals.
I am looking for a nice clean place, with my own bathroom but happy to share with the right person, I need a little bit of shed or garage space. Not much, where I can keep my boys stuff like tools, garden stuff, bits and pieces etc Most of my music gear and stuff I like to keep in my room. I have 2 great adult children. 26 and 32 who live in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. They visit very occasionally. Of course im not cool enough for them to hang with too much! I enjoy relaxing on weekends, having friends over sometimes, having a small fire often, cooking outside, fresh food, going out for tea and playing and listening to music. I have a car and licence.
I don't enjoy stress, pissed idiots,, moody people, grubs, alcoholics or violence or religious stuff. I'm not a Jones. Not one for too many rules and drama. I'm cool, funny as and respectful. And I would expect the same in return.
