I'm a Chef by trade so love to cook!

I study Business 2 days a week, and work in Community Services 3 days a week in Busselton, so I will be not be there from Tuesday mornings until Friday evenings, and would hope rent or bills could reflect this absence.
I have my daughter on weekends and school holidays (she will stay at her grandmothers while I'm at work in Busselton), she's 14 and an amazing little human, so im ideally looking for 2 rooms.

I also live a very active, healthy lifestyle, going to the gym 4 days a week.

Not a party person, very rarely drink or do drugs.
I enjoy any free time I can get just relaxing, but having a teenager, we are usually out and about over the weekend/holidays anyway!
I have both Police and NDIS clearances
