Hi, I'm KL.

I'm a mature and responsible person working full-time as a sales rep for a publishing company. I split my working week between working from home and being out on the road.

I'm looking to share a long-term home with a like-minded mature individual in a place that has enough room for everyone to be comfortable. I'm very house proud and enjoy living in a clean and tidy space. Although I enjoy occasionally having friends or family visit, I do like to have a respectful and mostly quiet home life, so I usually prefer to head out to spend time with others.

I prefer a bathroom of my own and need off-street parking for my work vehicle. As I work from home and receive regular deliveries of packages I also need a space that is roomy enough and quiet enough for a little bit of an office space.

A little bit more about me: obviously I love books (and I have a lot of them). I also love movies, good TV, and music (especially live). I'm a mad (totally mad!) cricket fan. I'm from NSW but am totally acclimatised to Brissie weather so I feel cold as soon as the temperature drops below 25 and I can't use air-con for health reasons, so I'm definitely a summer person. I also try to be an environmentally and socially aware person, and I enjoy checking out the oldest bookshops and pubs around wherever I travel.

Feel free to hit me up for any further info. I'd love to stay in the West End area, but am happy to look at surrounding suburbs as well. My current lease isn't up until later this year, but I'm getting a head start on the search for a new home in case the right situation pops up.
