Jarrad

Hi, my name is Jarrad, 29. I'm Sunny Coast born and bred, spent the last long while living in Melbourne. I worked in Finance, and dabbled in Festival and Bar work for fun.

I semi recently returned from Overseas last year, off the back of a WHV in Estonia.

Melbourne and Sunshine Coast are my two homes.

I am incredibly friendly, and easy going. I’m exceptionally clean; but not bothered by others mess.
I always enjoy having a witty chat with my flatmates, and the occasional wine by the TV.

I work as a local bartender in Nambour, with FT hours. As a landlord myself, I'm always on time with bills - my excel spreadsheet is always up to date haha.

I'm flexible with stay length - whether it's short, to longer term stays. I've moved around enough to appreciate the value of a home.

I love riding motorbikes, running, cycling, gym, sports, exploring new places to eat, and activities to do.
I'm not much of a homebody, I like being outdoors and doing things.

When it comes to guests (or even 'get to togethers'), I'm never fussed. I sleep well. I find that communication is so easy, and just the BEST! Often my friends, end up becoming your friends if they end up meeting somehow.
