Hi everyone,
I’m Chris. Looking for a new place (share house/grannyflat) to call home as the property I’ve been living in will soon be getting mass renovations and I have to move on - looking to move before the end of September.
I’ve been in Nambour for the last 10-11 months and would like to find a place reasonably close to that area - for work convenience. Hoping for something longer term if possible, somewhere that feels more like a home than just a share-house. Anywhere around Woombye/Palmwoods up to Yandina/Ninderry and surrounds would be ideal, though I’d consider further out if the place seems like a great fit. Budget is up to/around $300, preferably including bills.
A bit about me -
I’m a 40 year old, open minded, kind-hearted, welcoming and inclusive individual with an inclination towards the spiritual/woo-woo aspects of life. I’m on an ongoing personal growth journey and enjoy connections that can go deeper than surface level, though I can hold my own in the small-talk arena as well. Very eco-conscious, currently studying permaculture education and working in the landscaping industry, trying to live as sustainably as possible - would love to land on a property with some gardens where I can grow some food and potter around on my time off. Otherwise, I love spending time reconnecting to nature — whether that be a beach or a rainforest — catching a gig (loooove music - I play guitar and sing), playing golf, attending festivals/community/cultural events, or just chilling with a tea and a book. I value open communication, kindness and curiosity. I enjoy my solitude and, having spent time in some pretty close proximity share-house situations, I know how to be respectful of others space as well. Non-smoker, very occasionally have a social drink and I reserve any partying I still do for the odd music festival. I come with cooking skills and a Nintendo 64.
Hoping to find some like-minded people to share space with.
Thanks! 🙏✌️
