It's a lot of "I" but the point is you know the vetting/important parts to start with!

I am looking for somewhere secure, relaxed, somewhere I can settle in and call home. I would love to be closer to the beach for my sport.
I work full-time in marine conservation. I work one day in Brisbane and the rest from home. It's just quiet desk work.
I don't smoke, I don't have any kids.
I have a car - so will need parking of some sort.
I am completing my Masters in Environment part-time online.
I have lived with others in Sydney, Portugal, and Adelaide so understand the mix of privacy and friends, I think I am respectful and easy to get along with. Completely understand people have their own lives but want to feel comfortable with who they're living with!
I enjoy Crossfit and compete in surf boat rowing with Noosa SLSC. I love surfing.
I like to cook simple meals, watch movies, go out to the movies.
I am not allergic to anything.
I am not a partier. I enjoy sharing meal with friends, morning coffee, beach runs.
I am clean and neat, but not OCD. More than happy to do my share and make sure the space we live in is enjoyable and comfortable.
I'm fairly quiet and get along with my own things but obviously want to get along with my housemates too.
I have a puppy, a Border Collie X Australian Shepherd (11 months old in June 2021). He is very smart, we have done so much training and socialisation. He is great with people and other dogs. He is fully house trained and loves to snuggle and be around people. He has been to day care every once almost every week since 16 weeks, so he really does do well with other dogs. He is honestly the best. I take him to work and anywhere I go through the day.
Happy to have a longer stay, or shorter to see how it works to begin with. I don't plan on changing much and would live to settle in.
