I’m Alix — a happy, positive, and easy-going human who loves a good laugh, a deep chat, and creating a homely vibe wherever I live.

By day, I’m a Marine Science & PE teacher and also a Scuba Diving Instructor( Yep, total ocean nerd!)
I’ve spent years living, working, and diving around the world — from Jamaica to Mexico to Rarotonga — and now I’m loving life here on the Sunshine Coast!

A little about me:
• Big fan of cooking up family-style meals for housemates, especially when I’ve gone out and caught fresh fish!!
• Outdoorsy — camping, spearfishing, beach days, star-gazing — anything that gets me into nature.
• Fairly lights + music in the backyard = guaranteed good vibes ✨.
• Known for making the yummiest salsa dips, always tinkering with something creative, and talking to my plants to make sure they know they are loved and growing!!
• Always up for games — but warning: I take UNO very seriously.

What I’m looking for:
Like-minded, friendly housemates who enjoy chats in the kitchen, spontaneous laughs, and a lifestyle that’s fun, active, and chilled. If you’re creative, enjoy the outdoors, and don’t mind a backyard hang with fairy lights and silly conversations, we’ll get along just fine.
