Hi there, I’m a mature guy, and have a job I love. My lifestyle is healthy. I don't smoke or drink. I have two little ones that I see for the day each fortnight.
I play a bit of guitar quietly or with headphones and I'm a very respectful, considerate and clean housemate. I have a secure income and am always on time with my rent and bills. I can also provide references.

Ideally I’d love to rent a studio or granny flat where my kids could visit.
