Hello potential Owner/Landlord/Housemate!

My name is Emily, I work locally part time as a sales consultant in retail. I love cooking, I enjoy many forms of creative expression and visual art such as painting or colouring, reading is my favourite way to wind down and enjoy the sunshine. I am an indoor plant mum and enjoy the serenity and fulfilment I get from tending to my plants and watching the stages of their lives grow like my own.
My partner Simon, owns and runs ECP Studios, and also works as a Sound Engineer frequenting many venues on the coast, being contracted for the concerts and events alike. His passion for music and the tech side of production and sound/lighting/studio recording/and live performances mean he’s often away and busy for work but appreciates the reprieve of relaxing in our home when there is down time.

We share our space together with good communication and hard earned cohesive cohabitation, always acknowledging our presence within someone else’s property and being conscious of privacy and the maintenance of our home. We are very friendly and respectful, and would greatly appreciate it if you’d consider us for the potential property.
