I am an easy going 57 year old single woman. I am looking for a granny flat situation, or a home that I can share with one other. I love animals especially dogs.

An Ideal flatmate would be someone that works . I am a Nurse and often do shift work, so I am not looking for a party house.

I am thoughtful and kind. I am clean and tidy and always pay my rent on time. I have excellent references. I enjoy a glass of wine and chat and equally enjoy my own space.
I would require a safe quiet place that I can come home to and cook a nice meal and enjoy a chat or equally my own space.
