Hi Im Chantel and Im looking for someone to do a startup a female (30+), positive, and self-sufficient woman or Mum who’s open to living with me and my 4 year-old son.

Ideally, I’d love to find a two-story home or a 4 bed with separate living areas so we all have our own space. I’m currently house-hunting, and I have found plenty of great options. They are much better than the 2 bedroom options. My budget is $350-400 a week if you can match that our options are great.

A little about me: I run an events business from home. I’m a musician (quiet when needed) and have experience in shared living. I also have a sweet cat, Tigerlilly.
