I'm Stefan, I lived most of my life in the South West, have lived up in Perth for 9 years and I moved down from Perth to Bunbury in November, 2024 for work and to be back with my family.

I secured a rental in Bunbury in March 2025, have lived there since, but now the owner wants to sell, so I've had to start looking again.

I've tried to find a rental on my own since then, but the market is so expensive and so strangled.

I've recently started looking for someone to teamup with in order to compete with other prospective tenants for a wider range of rentals.

Was wondering if you would be open to consider teaming up and starting a new share house?

I'm introverted, but open, honest, and enjoy deep conversations.

I am on the spectrum, regularly attend Neurospicy gatherings, enjoy poledancing, going to the gym, shopping, reading, using ChatGPT to solve my personal/social problems, playing board games with my brother, and hanging out with my family for dinners and such.

I don't drink, smoke or do drugs.

I have a ginger cat named Zoe who is super-affectionate.
