Hi my name is Matt. The owner of my rental is selling the home in January, I'm not on the lease, so I can move at any time. I would prefer to have a place by the end of the year.

I work in Modbury so somewhere close to that area is preferable. I'm a pretty chill housemate who enjoys watching movies, reading, and listening to music. I can be sociable but also appreciate alone time

I'm happy to move into an established home, but very open to team-ups to find a place with someone.
