My name is Peter. Im looking to relocate to the golden Grove area from Sydney.
Things to know about me:
- I'm a small business owner in a store at the Grove shopping village.
- working full time mon-fri 8am- 6pm and half day on Saturdays.
- I hit the gym after work for an hour a day 5-6 days a week. I don't get home till about 7-8pm
- I'm an introvert most of the time. However I adore sharing banter with a small group of people. Quality over quantity.
- I am clean and tidy and always respectful of others needs and wants.
- my friends can tell you that I'm very generous and caring about others more than myself. I'm overly friendly in a way.
- I love my video games to unwind after a hard day.
- I am single.
- Im always mindful of time management. I spend my weekends petty much meal prepping, house chores and occasionally I'd meet up with friends for a night in the town etc.
- I am kind and open-minded and respectful to people of all genders ethnicity and backgrounds.
- I am always happy to help out around the house if required. E.g windscreen needs fixing or needs a puppy sitter for the weekend or sharing some of my personal belongings with room mates etc.
-i have a car which could help incase of emergency.

My business lease agreement is currently for 7years and will be renewed for an additional 7years. I would prefer to not be constantly moving all the time.
