About me
(Updated). Newly returned to Townsville to settle. Hi I’m 39 years old, Australian, single. Long history of sharehousing in Brisbane and Townsville. Can provide great references. I’m a Social Worker. I work for JCU and CDU (remotely)as a supervisor of SW and Human Service students. I also have my own coaching and mentoring business for Social Workers (remotely). I work 2 days a week at a Medical Centre in Townsville. (My income is diverse and reliable!)
I am always reliable with rent. I keep room clean and always willing to chip in help with common areas, however I won't constantly clean up after people.
I don’t drink at all (i’m not joking) but I don’t mind if others do. I don’t have parties but don’t mind if you do.
In my spare time I run my own charity which assists the homeless and provides education and advocacy to the community.
Locations: i'm open to anywhere as I have my own transport. Just looking for something under $300per week if possible. (I can bring my own internet source).
