I am always reliable with rent. I keep room clean and always willing to chip in help with common areas, however I won't constantly clean up after people. I have few possessions.
I don’t drink at all (i’m not joking) but I don’t mind if others do. I don’t have parties but don’t mind if you do.
In my spare time I run my own charity which assists the homeless and provides education and advocacy to the community.
Locations: I'm open to anywhere as I have my own transport however am keen to be near my work, or near a bus option that only requires 1 bus. My maximum is $350 per week.
