We’re 2 quiet and tidy couples looking for a 3+ bedroom house in the Sunshine Coast area, between Woombye and the Glass House Mountains. We can afford up to $1000/week depending on what bills may be included and if offered, for partial rent reduction or lowered bills, we’re more than happy to do land care or property maintenance.
We come with one well-behaved, fully indoor cat named Loki, who is calm, clean, and accustomed to rental living. The 4 of us take pride in keeping our spaces clean, well-cared for and treat any property we live in with respect. We’re long-term minded, easy to communicate with, and would make respectful, low-maintenance tenants. References can be provided if required, and we’re happy to answer any questions.
