Hi I’m a considerate, respectful and very tidy person. Looking for a home and a new start. Just spent the last 14 months in WA and found it as cold as Sydney which I spent the last 10 years. I’m originally from Wales and looking for a warmer place to live. I Love living near a beach to get out and about and would love to live in a smaller community where you get to know people around you.

Easy going person to live with that can be sociable or happy being in my own company. Happiest when living in a clean and tidy environment that I would treat as my own, care and look after. Love pottering around the garden, exercising reading travelling, camping and love animals. Have my own bed in storage and personal belongings.

Happy to eat on my own but also enjoy a share meal with housemates taking it in turns to cook or get a takeaway and a glass of wine just to catch up and check in with each other.
