28F, non-smoker, single and looking for a new home in 2026. Working in the Nerang area so anything within 20min drive would be ideal. I will be working most Saturdays with days off during the week so that can be handy in dealing with tradespeople/collecting parcels etc.

I need something furnished, somewhere to put my car (street parking is fine but carport would be amazing), will be working full time and am a tidy and considerate flatemate.

I value a clean and peaceful home, would enjoy living somewhere we can all share a meal/wine/movie from time to time but also enjoy my own company and am mindful of other's need for down time.

Also love pets but hoping to live somewhere they are outdoor only.
