28F, non-smoker, single and looking for a new home in 2026. Working in Toowoomba and will be working most Saturdays with days off during the week so that can be handy in dealing with tradespeople/collecting parcels etc.

I need something furnished, somewhere to put my car (street parking is fine but carport would be amazing), will be working full time and am a tidy and considerate flatemate.

I value a clean and peaceful home, would enjoy living somewhere we can all share a meal/wine/movie from time to time but also enjoy my own company and am mindful of other's need for down time.
