Hello, I am a 38 year old guy, based in Brisbane but set to commence work in Toowoomba on 27th November (or thereabouts). I am keen to find a place locally to avoid commuting back and forth every day. In that being the case, I am seeking a room that is fully furnished, with a rent that is inclusive of bills, internet, etc. My upcoming role is engineering related, and will entail some early starts / possible weekend work too. I am expecting work to occupy a fair amount of my time, but unwinding with a cleansing ale and good company is always a nice way to finish the day. I am not a huge party guy, but when I was renting previously I found get-togethers at the house or going out to a pub, etc to be great fun. I believe I am a good choice as a housemate as I am pretty easy-going, I get along well with most people, have rented before (so I know how not to be a grub and have no dramas with keeping the place clean), and am open-minded and try to be inclusive of everyone. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more about me, or if you think I would be a good fit at your place. Cheers
I am a uni student from Mackay majoring in sonography and I have a placement in Toowoomba early next year. I am looking for a furnished room to rent for 5 weeks from 30/12/17 to 04/02/18. I am quiet, friendly, very neat and tidy, and sociable. I am from Vietnam originally. Thank you. Hughey
I am looking to rent a house in Toowoomba and find a house mate to move in. I want to rent this place in February in time for uni to start next year. It'd preferably be 2/3 bedroom with 1/2 bathrooms - and i'd be looking for just one person to move in. I have house furniture, you'd just need to furnish your own room. I'm going to be studying teaching and working part time. I'm a happy girl who is keen for fun and also to chill.
I am an exchange student from Bozeman, Montana in the United States. I will be studying at USQ for the first semester and then I'm leaving the first week of July. I'm really clean and I am willing to help with chores and whatever else there is to do around the house. I'm pretty social and I like to have a good time. I love traveling and will probably spend a lot of time visiting other cities in Australia. I don't have a car, so something within walking distance of campus is pretty important.
Hi, my name is Vijay. I'm 28 and pursuing Masters degree in Engineering at USQ. The lease of my current house expires on 21st Jan, 2018 and I do not wish to continue it as I haven't found a flatmate yet. So, looking for a private room. I tend to lead a fairly quiet lifestyle and I generally keep to myself, however, I'm more than happy to socialise with my flatmates over the weekend.
I'm not shy and always up for a chat! Very motivated and committed to my work and studies but do love to kick back and relax on weekends! I will begin studying Nursing at Usq in 2018 and won't be moving down until February.
Hi everyone, I'm a 22yo new graduate female who will be moving to Toowoomba for full time work late January next year. I'm particularly interested in the Kearneys Spring and Darling Heights areas. I'm clean and quiet but like making new friends and having a chat. I would prefer houses that operate on Rooming Agreements as opposed to General Tenancy Agreements i.e. paying per room rather than splitting the rent for the whole house.
Hey! So I am a hairdresser. I work in a boutique salon in toowoomba in the CBD. I'm nearly 20 and I'm a pretty laid back person. I love being outside, my job and having a good chat. I also love my own time and space to veg out and to listen to music.
22 year old full time worker looking for a place to rent in Toowoomba. I am relocating from Townsville due to work so hoping to find a place where I can meet new people. I am new to Toowoomba so I would like people around my own age that enjoy going for an adventure or just relax on the weekend. I am clean, tidy and respectful. Looking at place to relax and enjoy the new town. I am shy at first but once you know me, I can be funny and loud.
Hi there! Looking for a room to rent. I work as an Accountant, subcontracting to Lawson Accounting in Toowoomba, it's a steady income. This being said, probably going to make a change in the future. Haven't decided which way I go (just saying this for full disclosure). Other than that, I don't drink often, I don't smoke. Practice Taekwon-do and really enjoy going to the gym. Look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Matthew Booth

Hello! My name is Katrina. I am not one to get in the way or have extravagant parties. So I likely won't be a bother. You're welcome to have parties but give me warning and I'll find somewhere to go as I really don't like a lot of noise. I do have a collection of pets, 2 cats, 5 hermit crabs, 2 breeding herds of guinea pigs, a peachfaced lovebird, and some rats and mice that I also breed. (They're clean and friendly, don't worry about the smell.) So perks of me being lots of cute babies to snuggle! I do have a few rules but not any that are super mean. And they all have reason. I do work a casual job at the USQ, and sometimes I get night work which I can finish up to 11pm. But all I want when I get home is to go to bed so I am going to be rather quiet.
