I'm a 21-year-old female who will be moving to Toowoomba from Perth in late January to start a full time role in manufacturing. My preferred move in date is between 28-30th Jan.

I would be looking to rent for a minimum of 6-12 months ideally with the possibility of extending. I'd prefer to find a place towards the east (Rangeville, Centenary Heights, Mount Lofty, Middle Ridge) as it would be closer to work, however, am flexible. My budget would be between $300-450.

I'm tidy, respectful and quiet who enjoys her alone time but open for a chat. I am a non-smoker and rarely drink. I'm looking for a place that is clean, tidy, and respectful of others' spaces. I'm pretty flexible in terms of living styles, whether it's respecting your space or befriending my roommate. Outside of work, I like to unwind by drawing, playing badminton, pilates, sewing, gaming or finding new eats. I'm open to living with pets so long as they're well behaved and the place is kept clean
