I'm a 22-year-old female who is working a full time role in manufacturing. Currently shopping for potential rooms as my current housemate is moving out. Ideal move date is 21-23 August.

I would be looking to rent for about of 6 months with possibility of extending to 12 months (depending on my work). I'd prefer to find a place towards the east (Rangeville, , East Toowoomba, Centenary Heights, Mount Lofty, Middle Ridge) or West Brisbane side (Oxley, Durack, Richlands) as it would be closer to work, however, am flexible for the right place. My budget would be between $300-450.

I'm tidy, respectful and quiet who enjoys her alone time but open for a chat. I am a non-smoker and rarely drink. I'm looking for a place that is clean, tidy, and respectful of others' spaces. I'm pretty flexible in terms of living styles, whether it's respecting your space or befriending my roommate. Outside of work, I like to unwind by drawing, playing badminton, pilates, sewing, gaming or finding new eats. I'm open to living with pets so long as they're well behaved and the place is kept clean.
