Hi, Im craig .

I operate full time as a Paramedic, whilst studying full time post grad - due to shift work and Uni , iv become a quieter kind of person and I’d prefer my own place (unit, granny flat) .

I understand the importance of space and privacy , I also have a deep understanding for hygiene and the maintenance required to keep another investment property clean and well manicured. I respect house rules and wont bring a party home - ( not that I really have the time to party)

Work keeps me pretty busy , I am generally away from the house 4 days per week, further , flying out to other regions for support and coverage.

About me : I'm a bit of a beach head. Im all about surfing, open ocean swimming , camping and trail riding. With all these passions on pause id be spending most my free time trying to explore NT via camping and fishing .

I have everything i need to furnish a home, most of it in storage . I am looking for a open (newish) place , I am all about maintaining good house dynamics, and just keeping everything nice and smooth.
