I enjoy making Macrame rope art, and growing succulents, which I successfully sell online, and at local markets.
I'm neat & tidy, without been too anal about it.
The best part is, I will only be residing at the property 50% of the time because of commitments with my children, who live with they're dad in Warrnambool.
I am frequently traveling between Ballarat and warrnambool, but only staying in Ballarat 3-4 nights a week in motels which has been costing me upwards of $600
I am hoping to find either a flat share or house share in Ballarat for at least 4 weeks to save on money and so that I will not have to keep dragging all my possessions back and forth.
