I have recently started working a full time job (was attending a Bachelor at University). Looking to move out! My max is preferably no more than $200 per week and I prefer an all inclusive cost per week. I work full time and try to get out as much as I can on the weekends.
Hey There!! I am a 20 year old looking for a place a little bit closer to work in Ballarat, I have previously lived out of home and want to experience that again. I do work full time and am a fairly busy person, I am not massive on party's and do play a fair bit of sport I am fun, friendly, Clean and respectful. I do have a dog which I do take full responsibility for and she is well trained
Im a 23 year old guy from Denmark. Ivee been travelling for a while now and decided to go down under to settle down for a little while and earn some money for further travel. I'm an open-minded, humorous person that besides from making mean pancakes is having a hard time to sell myself like this. I'm vegetarian, a modern hippie and occasionally practice vipassana meditation. I thrive among people and would hate to live by myself.
My name is Georgia. I'm 19, and looking to move out. I've deferred studies for this year, and looking to start studies again in 2019. I'm currently working at a local thai restaurant and am currently looking for another job. I'm vegan, I love cooking, and getting out and about (hikes, runs (but not too far aha), random road trips, etc.). I love pets so I don't mind if the house has one. Looking for something central, I do have my license. Looking to spend under $200/week including bills if possible. Aiming on moving out early to mid september .
My name is Danni and I am about to move to Ballarat from Melbourne for work! I am 23 years old and have lived out of home for nearly five years so I am very used to paying rent and bills (all on time might I add). I have a 2.5 year old golden retriever (Ollie) who comes as a package deal...He is very well behaved and loves cuddles & pats - he also gets along with nearly every other dog he has met. He does usually sleep inside but will is trained to stay in his bed (although he might greet you of a morning at your bedroom door if he hears your alarm go off though haha). As I said I’m relocating from Melbourne where I am currently living by myself. I’m used to keeping myself company but also love hanging out and chatting over wine & cheese and Netflix! I am a newly graduated dietitian and therefore love cooking & trying new recipes - happy to share my creations! I am also a personal trainer so stay pretty active between running & going to the gym :) I’m not looking to move until around August 13th (but flexible if I need to pay prior to this)!
I am an easygoing guy from Sweden who enjoys fitness, photography and travel. Searching for a place in Ballarat where I will work for three months (work holiday). I am a respectul individual who will do my part in the shared accomodation (clean, wash dishes, maintainance, etc). I consider myself a quite positive person who enjoys meeting new people. I will be working at the Sovereign Hill Museum and would prefer to stay somewhere not too far away. Any questions? Ask away! =)
I will be moving to Ballarat in the coming months due to work relocation. I am employed full time in the public service and have been a renting housemate for 4 years now. I am laid back but I am always on time with bills and rent, and I also like to keep communal areas clean and tidy and always up for socialising. I tend to spend lots of time at the gym and trying to stay outdoors. Please let me know if this sounds appropriate and if you have any questions!
Hey! My name is danni, I’m very tidy and independent, I love to clean when I wake up on a Saturday. I’m bubbly and light hearted, open to talk and hang out or keep to myself. I would prefer to live close to town or at least close to public transport as I don’t drive as of yet, and rely on a certain bus to get to and from work. I love pets so if you have them I’d happily give them my love. I do have some furniture but would love if there was a built-in wardrobe or one I could borrow until I buy one. I don’t throw parties or have a million and one friends over all the time, I’m not a very loud person and I cook and buy all my own groceries :) I don’t own any pets but I would ideally like to move in to somewhere that allows them as I’m hoping to try and adopt a dog when I have the ability to.
I am an international student from China. Although I saw that you are renting female residents, I still want to try it. Because I am currently studying for a master's degree at UTS in Sydney, I want to transfer to a federal university in the new semester, but it is difficult to find a house these days. I didn't find it, so I want to try it. I am a warm and cheerful boy, because English is not my native language, so the spoken language may not be very good, but ordinary communication is still possible.
Struggling to afford to live by myself , I have two cats who I cannot give up ! So looking for someone whose comfortable with pets ! I’m easy going , reliable with paying rent and bills on time! Generally keep to myself ! Tidy , clean and easy to get along with .
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.
Hi, I'm Zoe! I'm a young, positive and upbeat girl looking for some independence by moving out of home! I've paid rent for the last year and a half at home so I'm in the habit of having financial responsibilities already, I'm reliable and tidy, I'm happy to keep to myself most of the time but I'm also a friendly and sociable person and I absolutely love a good chat and making new friends so I won't be a stranger if that suits others! I'm fun and love a good laugh! I'll either be studying and working part-time or not studying and working full-time as of November 2018, I will always have a stable income, never an issue with that. I hope to move out around the November/December mark as soon as something suitable becomes available so if that suits you let me know, thanks!!
People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
Looking for a room to rent asap in the Ballarat area, relocating with fulltime work. I don't play sport, but my weekends consist of catching up with family and friends. I'm pretty easy going, fair, professional, tidy, fun, clean, neat individual! I work full time and am relocating to Ballarat from a regional town in south west Victoria for a new career. Love to go out and explore or simply do something to keep me on my toes :) Any questions fire away send a message.

I'm 20 new to Ballarat looking for a place for me and my one year old puppy Malia, I'm a quiet person looking for a full time job or hoping to get a promotion in my existing one. My pup is well Natured genital loves all other animals and people. (not the best as a guard dog)
Quiet person who relatively active socially who likes going to gym, going to movies or sitting home watching Cable or Netflix. Likes to socialise every so often if all our work commitments align but also knows the need for everyone's privacy and space. Loves animals, so if you have a furbaby, even better. Works part time, and always happy to help around the house and do the weekly chores that need to done and always cleans up after herself once the cooking has been completed.. Too old to party, so it won't be a party house. Don't have family here, so it would most likely be me heading to my friends place /or crashing at theirs 2 nights a week. Loves most sports and a big adrenaline junkie... Loves afl footy and if give the chance also likes the occasional sleep in of a morning.
Hello I am Millie and I am 22. I have just moved to the area from Adelaide and I'm currently living with my sister in Elaine but now looking for somewhere more permanent. I work full time at a dairy in Elaine which means early starts and late nights. I am a quiet person and would ideally like to be living with people similar. In my time off, I typically just relax watching TV etc. I enjoy music and I'm hoping to get back into my art as well. I have an indoor only cat which is non-negotiable. He is a pretty chill guy, loves company and is well litter trained (never had an accident out of his tray). I don't currently have much furniture but happy to buy what I need. I do own a new washing machine which I will be bringing with me. I am a smoker, only outside. I have my own vehicle so parking is required (okay with on street). Currently, I am being paid cash at work so unsure how that would hold up on a formal tenancy agreement but that will be changing soon. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask :)
