Hi! I’m Jessica I’m in my mid 30s, thoughtful, warm, and pretty emotionally switched-on. I value a calm, respectful home where people communicate like adults and don’t pretend the kitchen cleans itself.
I’m neurodivergent-friendly (and neurodivergent myself), and I really value clarity, kindness, and a home that feels emotionally safe rather than chaotic. I’m social, but I’m not looking for a party house.
I work/study independently (often from home) and I’m reliable with rent, bills, and shared responsibilities.
The dogs 🐶🐶
I come with two excellent housemates:
* Baxter — 3 years old, affectionate, playful, and charming
* Charlie — almost 10, gentle, chill, and very wise
Both are low to non-shedding and hypoallergenic-friendly. They’re well behaved and a big part of my life, so dog-friendly is non-negotiable.
The home vibe
I’m looking for a home that feels:
* Calm, cosy, and emotionally safe
* Clean but not militant
* Respectful of privacy and friendly
* Inclusive and disability-affirming
What I’m like as a housemate
* Communicative and considerate
* Queer-friendly and values-aligned
* Comfortable with clear expectations
* Not passive-aggressive (life’s too short)
What I’m looking for
* One or two emotionally mature housemates
* Dog-friendly 🐾
* A place that values peace over mess or drama
I’m open to joining an existing share house or finding the right people to rent a place together
.
If you want a sharehouse that actually feels like a home, we’ll probably get along well.
