I’m just seeing what’s available and keeping a listing up to make a decision on what I’m going to do depending on when my house is going to be finished.

Looking for a room to rent in Yanchep.

Easy going, very tidy, respectful of your home and considerate. I work a regular FIFO 2:2 roster and looking for somewhere to be my base while my house is being built (I’m told between September and Christmas). Needs to be somewhere that will allow a small dog with secure fencing as I have a dachshund and off street for my Ute and a place store a few belongings (a few tubs dive gear).

The dog would be in care while I am away so he is only home when I am home. The bulk of my belongings are now in storage, I will only have my diving equipment and personal items for my room.

Not a party animal, I am 42 and prefer to do my socialising with others out of the house.

I currently have a rental in Scarborough but need to keep options open as my lease ends in September.
