I am seeking an accommodation to move into as soon as possible, near or not too far from Adelaide CBD.

I’d like to stay for few months to start with, longer if I like the place.

My budget is $200 a week.

I’m a clean and friendly person. I would prefer some privacy but am happy to socialise with flat mates every now and then, I prefer a place with just one other flat mate than myself and the flat mate should be clean and tidy. I like to do quite a bit of cooking and hence use the kitchen quite a bit, but always clean up after myself. I also do spend quite a bit of my time at home and so prefer respectful flatmates that aren’t too noisy.

A studio or a room in an apartment with modern facilities and also close to good transportation would be most ideal.

I’m looking for a place with my own bath and toilet, but happy to share with one other person if kept really clean.

Also an all bills inclusive property would be preferred.
