Darcy

I'm Darcy, a 27 year old Research Assistant at Adelaide University. Currently looking for a place to live ideally for 12 months.

I have a regular 9-5 work schedule throughout the week. I like to be active, play football and run. I generally cook for myself. I like to be social, seeing friends on the weekends and often enjoying the live music scene in Adelaide. Gaming is my other main hobby.

I've been living in sharehouses for almost the past 5 years, including 3 in Adelaide (Prospect, Norwood) since 2020 and one in New Haven, CT in the US. Each lease was without issue and I left on my accord.

It's important to know that I have a cat, a 2 year old boy named Marty who I will be bringing with me. He has a lot of energy, at this stage is purely an indoor cat, and I would not expect any responsibility from my housemate(s) in looking after him other than making sure he stays inside, and potentially on occasion feeding him if I am away for the night. In addition to my cat, I have many houseplants, but I only have to bring as many as is reasonable!

Happy with budgets up to around $300. Somewhere south or east is and within ~30 mins of the city is preferred but not necessary. I'm available to move in immediately and looking for preferrably a 12 month lease. Please do not hesitate to get in touch, I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
